We’re seeking a hungry, ambitious Sales Representative ready to build their name in the title industry. This is your chance to get in on the ground floor of a growing company that’s changing how title services are delivered in Michigan. Territory: State of Michigan
Schedule: Part-Time or Full Time
Compensation: Draw + Commission

• Build relationships with real estate agents, loan officers, and brokers across Michigan
• Generate new business by prospecting, cold outreach, networking events, and strategic partnerships
• Present Klear Title’s value proposition to potential clients, emphasizing our hybrid model and technology advantages
• Close deals and convert prospects into long-term partners
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and track all activity in our CRM
• Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless client onboarding and exceptional service delivery
• Represent Klear Title at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

• 1-3 years of sales experience (any industry)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Self-motivated go-getter mentality with entrepreneurial drive
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with technology and learning new systems
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client meetings

Preferred (but not required):

• Experience in real estate, mortgage, insurance, or financial services
• Existing network of real estate professionals in Michigan
• Familiarity with the title insurance industry
